About the role

To lead and manage the organization's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, safe operations, environmental sustainability, risk reduction, and continuous improvement across electronics manufacturing and associated operations.HSE Management/Process Safety, Safety Audits & Inspection, Statutory Compliance Reporting & Documentation, Liaison & Coordination, Gap Analysis/Risk Assessment, Waste Management, Hazard Management.Key Responsibilities1.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the organization's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, safe operations, environmental sustainability
• Training & Capability DevelopmentDesign and conduct EHS training programs.Drive competency development across employees and contractors.9
• Reporting & GovernancePresent EHS performance to leadership.Track leading and lagging indicators.Prepare monthly and annual compliance reports
