About the role

The HSE Manager owns health, safety, and environmental compliance at the Airoli facility, while holding direct operational responsibility for maintenance quality, subcontractor performance, and asset management.

What you'll do

  • Ensure site-wide compliance with HSE standards and provision of a safe working environment
  • Conduct Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for site activities
  • Arrange and monitor contractor compliance with the Permit-to-Work (PTW) process
  • Manage cleaning audits and EHS audits
  • Conduct daily site inspections
