EHS/Safety Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced EHS / Safety Officer to support and oversee Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance for IBMS (Integrated Building Management System) projects across Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety programs, conducting site inspections, ensuring statutory compliance, and promoting a strong safety culture across project sites.

What you'll do

• Ensure implementation of EHS policies, procedures, and safety standards at project sites
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments for IBMS project activities
• Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with statutory, client, and company safety requirements
• Develop and implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Method Statements, and Risk Assessment documents
• Conduct safety induction programs, toolbox talks, and awareness training for employees and contractors
