About the role

'The Current Account – Elite Banker(Virtual sales) is responsible for managing and growing a mapped portfolio of Current Account customers through virtual and digital engagement channels. Operating from a centralized sales or service hub, the role focuses on CASA growth, customer acquisition, relationship deepening, cross-selling of banking products, and delivering a superior customer experience.

What you'll do

'• Manage a mapped portfolio of Current Account customers through virtual interactions (calls/digital channels)
Deepen customer relationships to enhance overall relationship value and wallet share
Drive CASA value build-up and acquire new Current Account customers in line with targets
Increase product holding per customer through effective need-based cross-selling
Profile customers to identify financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
