About the role

The Elite Banker-Household-Outbound role is a critical position within our Branch Banking-Relationship Management department. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients, offering tailored financial solutions and ensuring their banking needs are met.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients
• Build and manage a portfolio of HNI clients, understanding their financial goals and requirements
• Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new HNI clients and expand the bank's market share
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through excellent service and timely resolution of queries
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of banking services and cross-selling opportunities
