About the role

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented assistant to support the day-to-day execution of our email marketing campaigns across multiple brands. This is primarily an execution and operations role, not a copywriting or strategy role. Your responsibility will be to ensure campaigns are loaded, checked, scheduled, and sent accurately and on time.

What you'll do

  • Load and schedule 7 Future Finance campaigns per week on ActiveCampaign / Iterable (free newsletter)
  • Load and schedule 5 paid newsletter campaigns per week on Beehiiv
  • Ensure campaigns are sent to the correct audience segments at the correct times
  • Maintain campaign calendars and trackers
  • Flag missing information, inconsistencies, or potential mistakes before campaigns go live
