What you'll do

• Serve as a trusted Employee Relations partner to leaders, HR teams and employees
• Coach and advise leaders on performance management cases, helping them deliver objective, constructive feedback while ensuring appropriate documentation
• Lead complex workplace investigations independently, including establishing investigation teams, gathering relevant facts, interviewing key witnesses
• Serve as a member of the PoSH team , supporting the appropriate handling of sensitive workplace matters
• Manage complex and emotionally charged employee relations situations with composure, neutrality and objectivity

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
• Employee relations
• Performance management
• Any graduate
