About the role

The Location Engagement & Cross-Business Collaboration specialist is responsible for creating stronger connections, collaboration and knowledge sharing across Business Units (BUs) and functions operating from the location.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate location-wide engagement and cross-BU initiatives
  • Partner with BU and functional champions to drive participation
  • Manage the annual location engagement calendar
  • Coordinate activities such as Coffee Connect, Know My Business and cross-business forums
  • Support communication campaigns, invitations and employee updates

What you need

  • 5–8 yrs of experience
  • Employee engagement
  • BBA

Good to have

  • Office 365
