About the role

The primary responsibility is to ensure reliability, functional integrity, and certification compliance after implementing VAVE changes. This role requires validating design and component modifications through structured testing, automation programs, and compliance assessments. Being part of a Global Engineering Function, the role demands strict adherence to defined processes and communication protocols.

What you'll do

• Perform testing and validation of VAVE-related design and component changes in power supply products, modules, and systems
• Conduct hardware and software testing (black box/white box) for communication power products to ensure compliance post-cost optimization
• Develop and maintain automated test programs for validating VAVE modifications efficiently
• Formulate test plans, stress conditions, and procedures for evaluating new components or design changes introduced through VAVE
• Collaborate with design, procurement, reliability, and compliance teams to verify cost-optimized solutions without affecting performance
