Engineer - Planning

About the role

Preparation of Quarterly and Annual Progress reports of all projects. Preparation of Goal projections per quarter and per year, as required by the HOD. Preparation of Annual Cash flow statement. Construction Cost analysis of all projects. Organisation chart of employees. All other related work assigned to you by your Reporting Manager.

What you'll do

• Review variations and NT items of all the contractors before sending it to contracts team
• Follow up with contracts and purchase team for release of work orders and purchase orders respectively, and delivery of material as required by site
• Attend design co-ordination meetings and review design issues with the HOD
• Attend site review meetings and discuss site issues with site team, along with the HOD
• Track bills and payments of all the vendors
