About the role
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in procurement of indirect material and have experience in setting up green channel for indirect procurement, Capex & civil procurement experience is added advantage.
What you'll do
- Handle day-to-day procurement of indirect items such as general consumables, Fasteners, Gasket, Safety related items, Welding items, IT related items
- Identifying reliable suppliers and request quotations based on requirements
- Strong follow up with vendors for material readiness and delivery status
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per projects or department needs
- Convert Purchase requisition to Pos in software efficiently
