Engineer - QS & Billing

About the role

Extract and verify quantities of work and materials from GFC (Good for Construction) drawings. Populate and update data in the Budget & BOQ Master Sheet for cost control and forecasting. Coordinate with design and site teams to validate quantities and resolve discrepancies. Review and certify contractor invoices based on actual work done and measurement sheets approved by site engineers.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with design and site teams to validate quantities and resolve discrepancies
• Review and certify contractor invoices based on actual work done and measurement sheets approved by site engineers
• Facilitate preparation of Debit/Credit Notes and deductions for processing contractor invoices
• Prepare Running Account (R/A) Bills for contractors unable to prepare their own
• Record and cross-check invoice data in the Internal Tracking System for payment processing as per the billing and contract cycle
