Shift Handling activity , Breakdown handling and shift reporting Root cause analysis, CAPA and proactive approaches ST programming understanding, diagnosis and process mapping CAPA implementation, PM and predictive check sheet upgradation Familiar with SAP, I4.0, Robotics, Drawing study Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
What you'll do
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Monitor and report on maintenance KPIs and performance metrics
- Ensure timely and high-quality repairs of equipment and infrastructure
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement
- Coordinate with production, safety, and engineering teams for seamless operations
What you need
- 4–7 yrs of experience
- Root cause analysis
- Preventive maintenance
- PLC
- SAP
- B.Tech or B.E.
