About the role
Responsible for installation, repair, maintenance, and technical support of Canon imageRUNNER (iR / iR-ADV / iRC) multifunction devices. Handle breakdown calls, preventive maintenance, network configuration, and ensure SLA compliance.
What you'll do
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and image-quality issues
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and document reports
- Configure drivers, scanning, SMB, LDAP, and email settings
- Communicate professionally with customers and update service reports
- Manage spare parts responsibly and follow company SOPs
