What you'll do
- Assist in managing customer queries through email, live chat, ticketing systems, and video meetings
- Communicate professionally with international clients in written and spoken English
- Assist in product demonstrations and explain app features to customers
- Follow up on customer queries and provide timely updates on resolutions
- Coordinate with support and development teams to ensure smooth workflows
