About the role
The Engineer Technical Support - L3 will provide advanced technical support for structured cabling systems. This role involves troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.
What you'll do
- Provide expert-level technical support for structured cabling systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate records of support activities
- Train and mentor junior support staff as needed
