About the role

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide advanced technical support for Unified Communications and Voice over IP services. The individual will ensure high service availability, resolve complex customer incidents, validate technical changes, and strengthen operational performance for global enterprise environments.

What you'll do

  • Deliver end‑to‑end expert technical support for Unified Communications services
  • Provide input for planning, assessing, implementing, and preparing complex change requests
  • Validate service‑impacting changes executed by operational teams
  • Resolve customer technical issues within established service level agreements
  • Offer extended guidance to customer technical teams during critical incidents
