Support capital equipment bid review, including cost comparison, schedule / lead-time review, scope completeness, assumptions, exclusions, and risk indicators. Support the equipment data foundation by collecting, validating, and maintaining bid, supplier, cost, demand, schedule, delivery, and lifecycle data.
