Engineering Manager - Oil & Gas Equipment Manufacturing

About the role

A successful Engineering Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, with 5+ years of experience in oilfield equipment, completion products, or down-hole tools manufacturing. Proven experience in the design and development of completion tools, sand control equipment, liner hangers, packers, well intervention tools, or similar down-hole products.

What you'll do

• Lead global development of advanced downhole completion products
• Influence product innovation for leading energy customers worldwide
• Lead end-to-end design and development of down-hole completion products, from concept and material selection through validation and commercialization
• Manage engineering activities related to product design, drawings, calculations, specifications, process plans, and quality documentation
• Ensure compliance with relevant API standards and lead design-related audits, certifications, and regulatory requirements

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• ANSYS
• Mechanical engineering
• B.Tech or B.E.
