What you'll do

• As a Product Manager, you will deliver a defined set of product features or a focused workstream within Webex Customer Experience Solutions
• Work with your manager and senior product partners to understand customer problems, translate priorities into requirements and success measures
• Monitor results after launch, share customer and usage insights, recommend improvements, and escalate risks early
• Work with customers, partners, and field teams to understand customer workflows. Use feedback, usage, support trends
• Contribute to the roadmap and own prioritization for a defined feature set or workstream, in partnership with your manager and senior product leaders
