About the role

The Enterprise Program Lead will be responsible for leading complex programs and projects across IDFC FIRST Bank. This role involves managing initiatives that align with the Bank’s strategic direction. The role holder must possess a comprehensive understanding of the project and program lifecycle, from initiation to closure.

What you'll do

  • Manage Pan-Bank Programs and coordinate large, complex programs across the Bank
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation through to closure
  • Understand the goals and objectives of each initiative
  • Develop detailed project plans and milestones, considering inter-dependencies
  • Track project milestones and plans to ensure timely delivery
