  • As our Senior Hair Colour Formulation Scientist, you will spearhead the design and development of breakthrough hair colour technologies
  • Turn cutting-edge chemistry into visible, high-performance beauty experiences
  • Build scalable technology platforms, using Augmented Beauty methods and AI screening tools to deliver winning formulas across diverse hair types
  • Lead pre-development projects from concept to industrial transfer, partnering closely with Development, Safety, and Regulatory teams to meet launch milestones
