Enterprise Talent - Risk, Governance, Vendor Management Lead

About the role

The Enterprise Talent Risk, Governance and Vendor Management Lead is responsible for setting and owning Enterprise Talent policies and for overseeing end-to-end risk management, governance, compliance and vendor management both in our BAU (Business as usual) operation and our continuous Change and Transformation agenda.

What you'll do

• Maintain and monitor ET policies, , the global risk-and-control framework, and clear RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) ownership across teams
• Lead the ET monthly Risk Management Meeting and advise leadership on complex governance, risk and control matters
• Ensure adherence to global and local controls, internal policies, entity-level controls, labor laws, compliance requirements and audit actions
• Coordinate internal and external audit readiness, requests and responses with Internal Audit, HR Risk, SOX (Sarbanes–Oxley Act)
• Establish governance for contingent workers, including engagement channels, labor-law requirements, third-party worker risks and claims
