About the role

The SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft SQL Server databases. The role involves ensuring the availability, security, performance, and integrity of databases, as well as collaborating with development teams and other IT professionals to deliver efficient database solutions.

What you'll do

• Responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft SQL Server databases
• Create and manage database objects, such as tables, indexes, views, and stored procedures
• Monitor and maintain database performance, including query optimization and troubleshooting
• Plan and conduct disaster recovery tests to ensure data availability
• Monitor and audit user activities to ensure data security and compliance with regulations
