ESG Manager, India

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ESG Manager with a strong focus on managing the ESG data in APAC and ESG strategies to join our dynamic team. As an ESG Manager you will be working with the management team closely across the APAC.

What you'll do

• Prepare a comprehensive ESG strategy (policies & procedures), establish the baseline of Igloos current ESG status, identify goals and action plans to get there
• Ensure alignment with ESG disclosure requirements and best practices
• Identify potential challenges and proactively manage them to ensure on-time and quality deliverables
• Lead external audits and certification processes (e.g. for the Client Protection Pathway or Principles for Sustainable Insurance)
• Risk Management and Compliance Assurance: Develop and manage plans to reduce and manage ESG risks and environmental impacts
