About the role

The role combines hands-on Windows and Mac engineering, SCCM, Intune, PowerShell, Citrix and endpoint automation with L3 support, application lifecycle management and compatibility testing to build secure, reliable and scalable workplace technology solutions. It also provides exposure to AI-enabled automation and agentic AI for scripting, troubleshooting, testing and continuous operational improvement.

What you'll do

  • Provide L3 Support for incident/problem escalations from L2/L3
  • Proactively remediate recurring issues by identifying root causes and analysing trend data to implement preventative automation and configuration improvements
  • Analyze incident, defect, and deployment data to identify trends, recurring failure modes, and opportunities to improve reliability and test coverage
  • Create design documents to ensure automation patterns align with our SDLC
  • Develop scripts for integration with third-party systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Active Batch)
