Events Director

About the role

The Events Director will lead the regional Events strategy, revenue growth and hotel enablement agenda across India & SWA. The role will act as a strategic regional business partner, providing direction, tactical recommendations and performance insights to improve the financial, commercial and operational performance of Events across all brands.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement the regional Events strategy across India and Southwest Asia
• Translate regional commercial priorities into practical actions for hotel Directors of Events and event teams
• Support the growth of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events, social events, banquets and F&B-led occasions
• Assess market demand, customer trends, competitor activity and emerging event opportunities
• Identify opportunities to improve Events revenue, conversion, profitability, yield and space utilization
