Events Marketing Intern

About the role

We run events for CFOs and finance leaders across the US. The work is fast, detail-intensive, and spans months of coordination for a single day on the ground. As our Field Marketing and Events Intern, you'll own the operational engine behind each event: research, vendor coordination, outreach, project tracking, and post-event reporting.

What you'll do

• Event Research and Intelligence
• Research venues, vendors, attendee profiles, and comparable events in the market
• Build structured research outputs the team can act on: venue comparisons, speaker shortlists, attendee ICP analysis, and competitive event benchmarks
• You're the reason we walk into every planning cycle already knowing what we need to know
• Vendor and Sponsor Coordination
