A successful EVP Marketing and R&D should have: PhD in Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry (mandatory) Proven techno-commercial acumen with customer-facing experience Expertise in specialty chemicals (preferred focus on specialty segments) Opportunity to build and scale a global CDMO/CMO business

  • Build a world-class innovation centre in Navi Mumbai
  • Drive CDMO/CMO business growth across domestic and international markets
  • Act as a bridge between R&D, marketing, and customers for commercialization
