Examination Coordinator

About the role

The role is responsible for coordinating and executing all activities related to the internal assessment examinations at the Centre for Distance & Online Education (CDOE). This includes ensuring timely and accurate conduct of online exams, managing the uploading and verification of examination papers, coordinating with faculty and students, and maintaining strict adherence to examination policies and data security protocols.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and assist Deputy Registrar the planning, scheduling, and smooth execution of Internal Assessments (IAs) for all UG, PG
• Collaborate with faculty to prepare question papers and method of evaluation in accordance with program outcomes and institutional guidelines
• Ensure timely uploading, verification, and secure handling of question papers and other examination materials on the online platform
• Facilitate communication between students, faculty, Student Support Centre and examination conduct teams to ensure clarity on schedules, guidelines
• Monitor timely entry of marks, verify grades, and coordinate the compilation and scrutiny of results before declaration
