About the role

Create purchase orders in Zoho based on requests from the Purchase Department and obtain the necessary approvals. Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and goods receipt notes (GRNs), and record bills with accurate TDS and GST details. Process vendor, imprest, and compliance-related payments after approval, ensuring appropriate TDS deductions.

What you'll do

• Create purchase orders in Zoho based on requests from the Purchase Department and obtain the necessary approvals
• Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and goods receipt notes (GRNs), and record bills with accurate TDS and GST details
• Process vendor, imprest, and compliance-related payments after approval, ensuring appropriate TDS deductions
• Reconcile vendor ledgers and issue TDS certificates to vendors on a quarterly basis
• Support TDS and GST reconciliations, including GSTR-2B and GSTR-3B input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation, as well as PF and ESIC reconciliations and timely payments
