Executive - AP/AR

About the role

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting concepts, good Excel skills, and a willingness to learn and work with Tally ERP .

What you'll do

• Perfom reconciliation receivable accounts by matching invoices, payments, and outstanding balances with accounting records
• Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies between customer records, bank receipts, and books of accounts
• Prepare and maintain accounts receivable ageing reports and highlight overdue customer balances
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain payment confirmations, supporting documents, and necessary details for reconciliation
• Assist in raising, checking, and maintaining sales invoices, credit notes, and debit notes

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• Tally
• Reconciliation
• Accounting
• Excel
• Accounts receivable
• Month-end close
• Any graduate
