Executive Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director, Advisory Division at AECOM India. The role will help drive the ED’s priorities, coordinate with internal teams and ensure effective planning, communication and follow-through.

What you'll do

• Support the Executive Director in planning, tracking and driving key priorities, team agenda and action items
• Coordinate with Advisory team and other internal functions to obtain updates, follow up and ensure timely closure of actions
• Manage the ED’s calendar, including meetings, travel, appointments and scheduling priorities
• Prepare meeting agendas, collate pre-reads, record key decisions and circulate concise action trackers
• Support planning and coordination for leadership meetings, client interactions, workshops and team events
