Executive Assistant & Personal Assistant

About the role

As an Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant, you will support the Founder with professional and personal responsibilities. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, maintain records, follow up on pending tasks, and handle day-to-day requirements. This role requires someone who takes ownership of their work.

What you'll do

• Executive Assistance & Daily Coordination
• Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, meetings, travel, and daily priorities
• Coordinate calls, bookings, meetings, and personal commitments
• Maintain task trackers and follow up to ensure work is completed on time
• Coordinate with employees, vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders

What you need

• 4–8 yrs of experience
