Completing regular admin processes, maintenance and distribution of records. A job at this level… Acts in a range of processes significant for the assigned administrative or service operation. Cope with varying circumstances by handling them appropriately and apply and adapt processes to match unusual situations or issues.

What you'll do

• Provide administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director, ensuring effective time management and prioritization of key initiatives
• Prepare executive briefs, reports, presentations, and dashboards for management meetings, board reviews, and external engagements
• Coordinate cross-functional projects between departments such as operations, finance, supply chain, and marketing
• Analyze business and operational data to support decision-making and performance reviews
• Manage communication, appointments, travel itineraries, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
• MBA or B.Tech or B.E.
