What you'll do

• Deliver reliable and professional administrative support to the Brazil office, contributing to workplace operations, facilities coordination
• Process purchase requisitions, invoices and accounts payable documentation accurately and in a timely manner, using the correct approvals and supporting records
• Prepare and process travel and expense documentation accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with internal policies and documentation requirements
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities for new and departing employees, including workspace preparation, access coordination and follow-up documentation
• Coordinate meetings and events by arranging room bookings, visitor access, refreshments, materials, conferencing facilities, and other logistical requirements
