What you'll do

• The Chief of Staff will provide high-level administrative, operational, program management, governance, and strategic support to the Director of GTS Pune
• Executive & Strategic Support
• Manage and optimize the complex calendar, including prioritizing engagements, resolving conflicts, and ensuring complete preparedness for all meetings
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itinerary planning, logistics, and expense reconciliation
• Prepare, review, and refine executive-level presentations, documents, reports, and briefing materials

What you need

• 6–12 yrs of experience
