Executive Assistant

About the role

We're looking for an Executive Assistant who can become the CEO's force multiplier. This isn't a calendar-booking role. It's for someone who anticipates what's needed before it's asked, owns follow-through, and protects the CEO's time like it's the company's most valuable resource, because it is.

What you'll do

• Own the calendar, end to end. Plan and optimize the CEO's week across India, US and EMEA time zones so every hour is spent on what matters most
• Walk in prepared, every time. Research each meeting on the calendar and share crisp briefs on the people, companies and context ahead of time
• Run the inbox. Triage email, flag time-sensitive and priority items, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks
• Be the CEO's voice. Ghostwrite emails and posts, and manage his presence on LinkedIn, X and Instagram
• Close the loop. Attend meetings on his behalf when needed, capture notes, and chase action items to completion
