About the role

The role will act as a trusted point of coordination, ensuring effective management of the Senior Leadership schedule, priorities, meetings, communications, and key business activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and professional, with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

What you'll do

• Act as a trusted point of coordination, ensuring effective management of the Senior Leadership schedule, priorities, meetings, communications, and key business activities
• Support the Senior Leadership in the preparation, coordination, and delivery of key business reports, presentations, reviews, and strategic communications
• Drive effective governance and coordination of key management forums, including business reviews, quality reviews, leadership meetings, and other strategic forums
• Coordinate meeting agendas, minutes/MOMs, and action tracking, ensuring clear ownership, timely follow-up
• Provide project coordination and ad-hoc project management support for strategic SE initiatives, helping to drive timelines, stakeholder alignment, deliverables
