Executive assistant to Director

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and result-oriented Executive Assistant to the Director to provide end-to-end executive, administrative, and coordination support. The candidate will be responsible for managing the Director’s schedule, coordinating with internal departments, tracking important tasks, preparing reports, and ensuring timely execution of business priorities.

What you'll do

• Manage the Director’s daily schedule, calendar, appointments, meetings, and business commitments
• Coordinate meetings with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and Minutes of Meeting (MOMs)
• Follow up with department heads and team members on tasks, deadlines, and pending assignments
• Track key business activities, action points, and project progress to ensure timely execution
