About the role

Responsibilities:Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.Calendar and Travel Management: Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.Relationship Management: Develop and maintain effective relationships with external partners and stakeholders.Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive briefs, agendas, and minutes with minimal supervision.

• Schedule and coordinate client meetings, and effectively prioritize workloads.Communication and Correspondence: Compose and prepare confidential correspondence
