Executive Assistant to the President and Managing Director

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing leadership bandwidth and converting high-level strategic goals into actionable projects. The role will require you to coordinate with the organization leadership as well as the execution team to ensure operational oversight across different strategic projects of the organization.

What you'll do

• Translate the President’s vision and the MD’s mandates into clear, trackable timelines
• Strategically oversee the MD’s calendar to prioritize high-value initiatives, ensuring all necessary briefing materials are prepared, reviewed
• Facilitate and lead high-level meetings, ensuring agendas align with business priorities and decisions are documented and followed up
• Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and communication briefs for internal and external audiences, including board meetings, regional reviews
• Oversee event logistics and coordination for the Managing Director and MBI leadership

What you need

• 7–12 yrs of experience
