• Manage the Vice President’s calendar, scheduling priorities, travel plans, meetings, and appointments to ensure optimal time management and operational effectiveness
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, visa requirements, and logistics to support business objectives
• Prepare and manage executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and documentation with a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership reviews, business events, workshops, and team engagement activities
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up on critical matters
