About the role

We are seeking a skilled auditor to ensure our onboarding / offboarding processes comply with federal, company, and client policies. As an onboarding compliance auditor, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits, evaluating the onboarding process, making recommendations, and ensuring that all compliance requirements are met.

What you'll do

• Conduct audits on all new hires for their onboarding/offboarding compliance based on federal laws and regulations, as well as company policies and client requirements
• Review employee files / documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with current regulations and Client’s agreement (Checklist)
• Analyze and interpret complex data and present findings to the operation team
• Work closely with Operations, Legal, and other internal departments to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
• Exercise good judgment in prioritizing and managing your E-mail inbox, responding to emails from external parties promptly and professionally
