About the role

This position collaborates with cross‑functional stakeholders, optimizes processes, and leverages technology to enhance operational efficiency and risk management within the financial services sector. Develop and implement CLM policies and procedures tailored to domestic BFSI inbound workflows. Coordinate with sales, legal, and operations teams to streamline contract onboarding and renewal cycles.

What you'll do

• Monitor contract performance metrics and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks
• Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners supporting CLM tools
