About the role

As an Executive in the Collections | Telecollection department, you will be responsible for generating new business and retaining existing customers. Your primary focus will be on outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, where you will showcase your excellent communication skills and product knowledge.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for generating new business and retaining existing customers
• Conduct outbound calls to target customers for insurance sales and policy renewals
• Follow up on leads and handle objections effectively to convert prospects into customers
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and maintain accurate call records for all interactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business
