About the role

The Executive, Contract Farming is responsible for managing and expanding potato contract farming operations within an assigned territory. This role supports McCain’s agricultural growth strategy by developing new farming geographies, strengthening farmer partnerships, driving adoption of modern agronomic practices, ensuring compliance with agricultural protocols, and optimizing potato yield, quality, and supply.

What you'll do

• Responsible for managing and expanding potato contract farming operations within an assigned territory
• Manage contract farming activities across assigned territories, ensuring effective execution of crop programs and grower engagement
• Identify and develop new geographies to support potato contract farming expansion and future business growth
• Implement and execute agricultural digitalization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and decision-making
• Execute agreed agronomy protocols throughout the growing season and monitor compliance across farming operations

What you need
