About the role

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth through proactive lead generation, customer acquisition, field engagement, relationship management, and opportunity conversion for Listenlights' Pharma & Semiconductor vertical. The role focuses on identifying prospective customers, initiating business conversations, securing qualified meetings, presenting engineering solutions, and supporting commercial closures.

What you'll do

• Lead Generation & Business Development
• Identify, target and engage prospective customers through field visits, networking, referrals, industry events and direct outreach
• Generate qualified leads and develop a robust sales pipeline aligned with business growth objectives
• Support new customer acquisition across Pharma, Biotechnology, Cleanroom and Semiconductor sectors
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
