Executive - Customer Love at The Whole Truth Foods. Handling all incoming customer queries on various channels. Different channels of consumer communication include Whatsapp, Email, Social Media.

What you'll do

• Handling all incoming customer queries on various channels. Different channels of consumer communication include Whatsapp, Email, Social Media
• Meet SLA and quality benchmarks — first response time, resolution TAT, CSAT, etc
• Manage delivery exceptions — NDRs, RTOs, lost/damaged shipments — with courier partners
• Comfortable with 6- days work week with Rotational shifts and Rotational Week Offs
• Excellent verbal & written communication

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Voice process
• Ticketing tools
• Freshdesk
• Embedded C
• WMS
• Shopify
• Any graduate
