As our Executive HR, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's talent acquisition strategy. Your primary focus will be on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for open positions, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

What you'll do

• Play a crucial role in driving the company's talent acquisition strategy
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by utilizing various recruitment channels and strategies
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide timely updates on the recruitment process
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all recruitment activities
